As we rolled the corner into the new year, the hope was that HR professionals would get some relief from the day to day pressures of COVID. Instead, case numbers continue to drive upwards and now we are challenged with the complexities of vaccine decisions in our organizations as well. Vaccines are GOOD news that we desperately need to create a better landscape for the later part of this year. However, the questions that surround employers such as ‘should I require that my employees get the vaccine’ and ‘what kinds of questions can I ask my employees about their feelings on the vaccine’ are front and center. There are legal considerations as well as company culture considerations at play here. And then, of course, we have to decide when, where and HOW to communicate with our employees about all of this. In this 90-minute webinar, you’ll hear from Mark Adams, Director of Compliance at The Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE), about the legal and practical considerations around vaccine mandates. Allison Ebner, Director of Member Relations at EANE, will share some best practice strategies for communicating with your employees once these critical decisions have been made.
