During this workshop, we will explore covering from a DEI lens and provides tools and strategies to create more inclusive workplaces that support authenticity and where employees feel safe, respected and supported.

• Explore the reasons why we cover, the impact and how to address it;

• Develop a set of actions for promoting psychological safety; and

• Apply concepts in order to support authenticity in your own organization
