This is our annual legislative and legal update. Our speaker, John Gannon, Partner at Skoler, Abbott, and Presser, will provide us with an overview of the new state and federal legislative priorities including updates to Massachusetts non-compete agreements, medical and recreational marijuana and MCAD protocols. Most importantly, John will help us prepare for the new ‘Grand Bargain’ legislation that was recently passed in our state, including paid family leave and an increase in the minimum wage.
